Yes, GSS customer service, design and engineering staff have extensive experience in custom seating solutions for both conventional and blast mitigating seat systems. This can be as simple changing upholstery color, or as involved as an entirely new seat design for a new vehicle program. We will draw on our extensive design, testing and applications experience to optimize our products to meet your needs.
Q. What is your RMA policy?
All Requests for RMA’s are to be received back within 45 Days of replacement item ship date in order to receive full credit for warranty items. Not all RMA’s qualify as a warranty item. RMAs utilized for Repair or Evaluation purposes need to be returned & allow sufficient time for Review. ***MUST ENCLOSE A COPY OF THIS RMA WITH THE RETURNED SHIPMENT FOR PROPER PROCESSING***

Q. What levels of blast protection do you offer?
GSS offers seating systems with blast protection levels up to ΔV= 6 m/s, 7 m/s, 8 m/s and 10 m/s.
Q. Do you offer seat testing/validation services?
Yes, GSS Engineering Test Lab can perform in-house FMVSS 207/210 verification (both rigid platform and vehicle buck testing), H-point analysis, life-cycle and durability testing, as well as drop tower testing.
Q. Do your products meet FMVSS 207 210 & 302?
Yes, USSC tests and certifies all of our drivers seats to FMVSS207/210 specifications as well as all seating components to FMVSS302 specifications as applicable
