MATERIALS. MERIDIEN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE USSC SITE
OR ITS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU
AGREE THAT MERIDIEN, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS OR OTHER
REPRESENTATIVES SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE USSC
SITE, ITS OPERATION, CONTENTS, INFORMATION, OR MATERIALS, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE, DATA,
INFORMATION, MATERIALS AND/OR BUSINESS RESULTING FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED
CONTAINED ON THE USSC SITE OR THE LACK THEREOF AVAILABLE ON THE USSC SITE.
MERIDIEN SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR (a) ANY LOSS OR
INJURY CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY ITS ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE,
OR FOR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL, IN PROCURING, COMPILING, OR DELIVERING
SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA ON THE USSC SITE; (b) ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR
INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA ON THE USSC SITE, REGARDLESS
OF HOW CAUSED, OR DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES,
INFORMATION OR DATA; OR (c) ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN IN
RELIANCE UPON THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA FURNISHED HEREUNDER.
YOU
AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS COMPREHENSIVE AND APPLIES TO ALL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT,
COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

other files, as well as their selection and arrangement (collectively, the
“Content”), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or
other proprietary rights or laws. The
Content may not be copied, reproduced, published, modified, uploaded, posted,
transmitted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Meridien,
except that you are authorized to make a single copy of the Content for your
use in learning about and evaluating Meridien, as follows:

Content may be used solely for personal, noncommercial, and informational
purposes;
_ The
Content may not be modified in any way; and
_ Any
copy of the Content or portion thereof must retain all proprietary notices of
Meridien or the copyright owner. Any

JURISDICTION
AND VENUE

agree that any legal action brought against Meridien, its officers, employees,

Site, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to
its conflict of law principles. You
agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your
use of the USSC Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in
Cook County, Illinois.
