How do I clean my Valor seats?

Cleaning Video blog/video, Our Microban AEGIS Microbe Shield program protects driver and passenger seats from bacteria, mold and related odors and helps ease of cleaning for multiple surfaces by creating an invisible barrier. AEGIS is a safe and effective antimicrobial technology that's been proven to eliminate odor-causing bacteria for more than 30 years.

Why choose Valor seats?

We're the only manufacturer that provides full-time field service personnel that are factory trained and certified for installation. Our seats are manufactured from the ground up, starting with our steel frame design. Valor seats equipped with ValorTechXD.

Fogmaker

How Does Fogmaker Work?

There are three (3) Primary elements:

  1. Detection- fail safe no electric input.
  2. Suppression- watermist.
  3. Monitoring- Alarm panel for operator/ maintenance
How does Fogmaker prevent against Re-flash?

Hot surfaces are cooled below re-flash temperature & any remaining fuel is covered by the AFFF (Foam).

How do you install Fogmaker?

There are 2 options setup for installation. Option #1 OEM execution, or Option #2 aftermarket / retrofit execution.

What Inspections does Fogmaker require?

There are daily (5 min), annual (1 hour), 5 year (2-3 hours), and 10 year (2-3 hours) for Fogmaker that is outlined in the Fogmaker Service Manual.

Can you install Fogmaker on any vehicle?

Yes, Fogmaker is quick and easy to install at any angle in any position. The High Pressure Piston Accumulator design guarantees that the suppressant is completely released regardless of the physical orientation of the cylinder.

What energy sources is Fogmaker designed for?

Fogmaker systems are available for Petroleum fuels, Biofuels, Natural gas, and Hybrid energy systems.

What type of maintenance program is recommended for the Fogmaker?

Fogmaker provides annual and a five-year maintenance programs that can be completed by local agencies or by our factory field service team. Please reach out to us for additional details on our factory field service programs.

What is your lightest seat?

Our Gemini is one of the lightest seats in the industry.

How easy are the seats to clean?

Our cosmetic inserts are very easy to clean. Maintenance teams likes the inserts because they can just spray them down.

Do your seats accommodate all sized drivers?

Our seats have a seat rating of 650lbs for all 3 seat models. G2A has 6" height adjustment and all seats have slide length option up to 11.8" to accommodate smaller and taller drivers.
