Since joining United Safety full-time in 2010 Joseph Mirabile has helped the company more than triple in size, ultimately earning him the title of President and CEO in 2016. Since then, Joseph has been known to take measured risks to help the company thrive. Along the way, he’s also cultivated a workplace culture that is fun, vibrant, and rewarding.
Marcel has spent 9 years in the finance industry with experience in banking and private equity. He spent time at United Safety as the Director of Finance and M&A before taking on a CFO role with a linen company in Chicago. He has returned to United Safety as the CFO and is excited to be back.
Luke joined the team in July of 2019 after a successful career at Lenox International, There, he spent 14 years in various operations management roles, eventually rising to become the Director of Operations. At United Safety, he’s successfully implanted new systems and working methods to our manufacturing floor and office facilities.
Raymond began his career in transit 30+ years ago fueling and cleaning SEPTA buses in Philadelphia. After working his way up into senior leadership positions at SEPTA and then New Jersey Transit, he joined United Safety in 2012 as Vice President of Sales. Raymond also currently serves as Chair of the APTA Business Member Legislative subcommittee.
In 2001, Fawn joined United Safety as an administrative assistant. She later transitioned to the finance department, working as an accounts payable manager and later as the finance manager. In 2012 she moved to the human resources space, where she’s held multiple positions. Prior to United Safety, she launched her career as a flight attendant with US Airways.
Jeff joined United Safety in 2009 after 20+ years in automotive engineering leadership. He now focuses on enhancing safety by collaborating with industry leaders, testing standards, state boards, and customers to ensure proper use of fire suppression systems, air purification, and Child Check-Mate in various markets.
John-Paul has led the Engineering team at United Safety since 2010. He began his career with the company as a Senior Engineer after working at the TBT group in their engineering department. John-Paul earned his Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Drexel University after earning a B.S.E. in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Princeton University.
Mark Finley joined United Safety in 2012 and currently serves as the Vice President of Inside Sales and Customer Service. His primary duties include implementing and executing policies and procedures that ensure a positive customer experience. Mark graduated cum laude from King’s College. Mark served as a commissioned officer in the United Sates Army.
Valentina started at United Safety in 2022. Prior to USSC she spent almost 11 years in the Automotive Industry in various Engineering and Quality leadership roles. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Andy has over ten years of leadership experience in supply chain roles. He has managed supply chain teams across multiple industries, such as, Defense, Automotive, Heavy Duty, and Electronics, and focused on new product development as well as scaling production. Andy has developed world class supply chain teams and focused on launching Sourcing/Purchasing SOP’s to improve productivity to meet global cost targets and efficiencies.
