Since joining United Safety full-time in 2010 Joseph Mirabile has helped the company more than triple in size, ultimately earning him the title of President and CEO in 2016. Since then, Joseph has been known to take measured risks to help the company thrive. Along the way, he’s also cultivated a workplace culture that is fun, vibrant, and rewarding.

Craig Russell joined United Safety in 2024. Craig brings extensive leadership experience from global organizations including Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at GKN Aerospace. He has also advised private equity-backed companies through his consultancy, Russell & Co., and as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Craig holds an MBA from the Bradford School of Management and is a Manufacturing Engineer by training.

Jason joined United Safety in 2025 after holding various leadership positions in the industry, including CFO, GM, and EVP of Commercial. He started his career with IOTA Engineering, which designed and manufactured life safety products. Prior to joining United Safety, Jason worked with Elevate Outdoor Collective as CFO & EVP of Commercial Management. He earned his BSBA from the University of Arizona and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Luke joined the team in July of 2019 after a successful career at Lenox International, There, he spent 14 years in various operations management roles, eventually rising to become the Director of Operations. At United Safety, he’s successfully implanted new systems and working methods to our manufacturing floor and office facilities.

Mark Finley joined United Safety in 2012 and previously served as the Vice President of Inside Sales and Customer Service. His primary duties include implementing and executing policies and procedures that ensure a positive customer experience. Mark graduated cum laude from King’s College. Mark served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Cecilia Routledge joined United Safety & Survivability Corporation as part of the leadership team supporting the integration of Dafo into the organization. She now serves as General Manager of EMEA, where she leads regional strategy, drives commercial growth, and strengthens United Safety's presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With experience in business transformation and international market development, Cecilia is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering scalable, customer-focused solutions across the region.

Danny Dries leads the APAC business and supports the expansion of its global fire suppression strategy. He joined USSC in September 2020 and has held multiple roles across the organization, bringing a broad perspective on the company's products, operations, and global markets.

Danny brings extensive experience in safety solutions, product development, and international operations, serving customers across industries including transportation, defense, mining, and heavy equipment. He is committed to delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that help protect people, equipment, and critical infrastructure around the world.

John-Paul McGovern is Chief Technology Officer at United Safety & Survivability Corporation, where he leads the company's global engineering and technology strategy. He has been with United Safety since 2010, holding roles of increasing responsibility and driving the development of innovative safety and survivability technologies across the company's product portfolio.

With a background in mechanical and materials engineering, John-Paul brings deep technical expertise and a strong focus on product performance, reliability, and continuous innovation to support customers across mission-critical industries.
